We are open for a secure stay!

The Moulin Wakefield Hotel & Spa has been welcoming you for nearly two years in complete security to offer you a memorable stay.  As of December 31, 2021 at 5:00 p.m and until further notice please note the following changes:

  • Rooms and suites ideal for a comfortable and secure stay.

  • Guests of the hotel are now offered our Starlight Chalet dining option for both Breakfast and Dinner.  We offer a  take-out menu for lunch on request.

  • The 9 outdoor starlight chalets are ideal for a private romantic dinner under the stars, serving La Muse menu.

  • Our Holtz spa in nature continues to provide treatments and massages in a relaxed and private setting but will be closed on Sundays.

  • The Wakefield region of the Outaouais is your outdoor playground. Only 800 m from Gatineau Park and its cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails, the hotel offers an enchanting setting for your winter activities. The many hiking trails accessible from the hotel will please you.

Spa

  • The following services are currently on offer

    • Massages (no couples massages at this time)

    • Pedicures (no couples pedicures until further notice)

    • Facials

    • Body Treatments

General Sanitary Mesures

  • For the safety of our staff and our guests, we have temporarily suspended our housekeeping in-stay service. If you require more towels, shampoo, or soap during your stay, there is a phone number to text and we will be happy to bring you those supplies.

  • Hand Sanitizer provided in key public areas.

  • Increased cleaning frequency in public areas.

  • Social distancing enforced in all common areas.

  • Strengthened room cleaning protocols including extra disinfection of points of contact & bathroom areas.

  • Installing good hygiene practice reminders throughout the hotel.

  • Employees follow strict sanitation standards, including regular hand washing.

In the meantime, we will continue to work towards being able to provide our guests with an exceptional experience in a safe and secure environment.
